People working at the hotel are friendly and honest. They will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. It is 5 star hotel. Definitely I will go back again.

Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward.

We struggled a bit and we were given a suite to stay instead of a room, unfortunately the air conditioning was not working properly and we were were reluctant to ask any more. We decided to finish our night and leave ASAP. But check in and check out were excellent

Horrible a fuir absolument pas d eau chaude, pas de wifi malgré leur annonce sur internet, des fourmis dans la chambre, pas de pain au petit déjeuner et pourtant servis avec du fromage Accueil désagréable aucune politesse me disant que l eau chaude es revenu tu parle juste tiède J ai demandé un remboursement qui m as été refusée j ai tout de même changé d hôtel

Sincèrement c'est un hôtel a fuire,piscine sale, il n'y a qu'un seule toboggan non entretenu , Rouillé. Ma chambre: baignoire sale, il y'a de la rouille dessus. Concernant l'état de la chambre n'en parlons pas!! Clim ne fonctionne que sur qu'une seule puissance qui est deux trois sinon elle saute!! Vu sur un jardin insalubre! Les rembard du balcon sont cassé!! Heureusement que je ne reste qu'une seule nuit car si c'était plus j'aurais demandé remboursement est les aurais affiché sur les réseau sociaux!! Comment cette hôtel en question reste toujours ouvert sans qu'il n'y est eue un contrôle d'hygiène! Bref a fuire!!!!!!!!

À éviter, sauf en cas d’urgence ou Dormir dehors.

L’hôtel ne mérite pas ces trois étoiles, plutôt 1 . Pas de clim, Pourtant, le technicien est passé, En nous disant que la clim fonctionne hors c était un ventilateur qui brassé juste de l’air . On a payé deux repas à 20h30 , À 20h30, Il restait quasiment plus rien , Même pas de réapprovisionnement, au contraire, il débarrassais de plus, on mangeait quasiment dans le noir Faisant remarque au serveur qu’il n’y avait pas de lumière, aucune réponse…. . Qualité de la nourriture pas terrible, pas de choix , Mauvaise présentation qui donne pas envie de manger. J’allais oublié le petit-déj’, on en parle . café horrible ,pas de choix au buffet . Buffet très simple aucun goût .

Pas mal dans l'ensemble

Nous étions seules dans l'hôtel donc c'était vraiment très agréable mais même comme ça ils ont pris le temps de nous faire patienter 15 minutes pour trouver notre réservation qui soit disant ne correspondait pas à notre date d'arrivée. Et pour le petit déjeuner, ne comptez pas sur ce dernier pour bien démarrer la journée. Néanmoins la chambre était très confortable mais les escaliers ont été un réel désavantage pour monter nos valises. Pour finir, la piscine avec le DJ étaient vraiment génial.

I don’t even know how you could list this place as a hotel. This is a dirty bar place for thirsty youngster for alcohol. There is nothing else there. The beach even though it is a little far from the hotel is quite acceptable. Very desolate experience in supposedly in dream island. Would recommend place filled with coackroaches and rarely working air condioning in such a hot weather?
