Disney Dream is the third ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet and is considerably larger than the first two ships, Disney Magic and Disney Wonder, and is more advanced than before. The art pieces onboard, termed Enchanted Art, are actually framed LCD screens that recognize when a guest is present, activating several seconds of animation in the picture. The handy “Wave Phones” in every cabin can be used to call or text other passengers or youth staff onboard. A highlight of the ship is the AquaDuck, which is the first-ever water coaster at sea, that takes you all around the ship through a 765-foot tube. At night, be sure to grab an early seat to the onboard musical rendition of “Beauty and the Beast,” which is a Disney Dream exclusive.
Disney Cruise Line staterooms are equipped with innovations like childproof locks and safety rails to ensure the safety and comfort of guests of all ages. The Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah allow you to have your own sanctuary at sea. Equipped with comfy patio furniture, you and your family can order complimentary room service, and watch the sunrise or sunset from the privacy of your own stateroom.
