"the hotel was deserted, no staff, the bar was shut, no entertainment, no breakfast,no evening meal if I wanted to book one,so all in all new year ruined. the phoned me and said the wanted to check my bank details because they were giving me a small refund but then took the full amount and no refund. if this is how they run an hotel and treat there guests then beware and avoid "
"The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Our bed was comfortable andbwe slept well.
We ate every night in the restaurant as the food was lovely and very reasonable.
We will definitely be coming back. 😀"
