"Such a cute hidden gem in Kata beach yet it’s right in the center of everything. Great location only steps away from the beach. The place is beautiful clean modern. I even had my own balcony. I really liked the staff they catered to every need. They also provided REALLY NICE free breakfast freshly made for each guest which was a lovely surprise. I would recommend for anyone to stay here. "We enjoyed our stay at Avista Grande for our spring holiday. The pool was amazing, the food tasted really good as well. There are amenities to include spa, gym, kids area, and library- all of which we visited and loved. Nearly every evening there was some offering by pool- fire show, cultural dancing, etc. It is obvious that there was care and planning with the property. The welcome drinks were so lovely and the staff was very very kind! The only thing I did not like was the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked- otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return! "
