Sleeps 4\. Walk out to the lawn for play or snow fun or hop on the Summit County Recreation path and stroll the lakeshore of Lake Dillon. Stunning lake and mountain views. Comfortable living room features a flatscreen and gas fireplace. Granite dining bar seats 4\. Free WiFi and cable. The patio furniture seats 6. Bedding Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~ 2 Queens, desk, flatscreen, private bath in master \~ Queen Sofabed in living room uses the full hall bath. Parking 2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror. Amenities Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. The patio table overlooking the lake was perfect for our morning coffee and evening meals! The bike/walking path is right out front. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this unit before and love it. The remodel, kitchen amenities are more than adequate. The only complaints are the coffee pot needs, some of the pillows & hide a bed mattress needs to be replaced and screen door falls off the track easily. The beds are so comfy. The kitchen is so well equipped. The patio and it’s table and grill were so welcome after a day out hiking or bicycling.
