As local policies change by the hour, access to amenities is beyond our control. We encourage you to check local regulations before your trip so you can be as prepared as possible.

    Get away from it all at this Dillon Valley condo offering jaw-dropping mountain views from the private balcony, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This home is ideal for a family or group of friends. Guests will enjoy access to a number of great shared amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool, Ping-Pong, air hockey, and a pool table. Outdoors, there are also sports courts and a playground for the kids.

    Travel through Summit County with comfort and ease via the free Summit Stage bus stop located within walking distance. Sit on the deck at Pug Ryan;s Brewery and soak up the views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Take advantage of the five ski areas within 10 miles of this home, and when you're not up on the slopes, you can do a little Nordic skiing, go snow tubing, or rent a fat tire bike! Come summer, there's no shortage of hiking and biking trails within the area, or you can rent a pontoon for afternoons on the water.

Room had not been cleaned. Floor heaters had been left on. Roaches and trash still in unit. Was supposed to be moved but local management could not be reached.

The property was not adequately cleaned (we found roaches); directions regarding how to pick up parking passes were either incorrect or notice had not been given to the property's clubhouse that they could release the passes to us, and representatives of the property management company/host were misinformed about the parking passes being necessary for this property; and there was a nonfunctional lock on the balcony door, window missing a screen, and broken lamp. When we contacted the property about these issues numerous times, we either received no response, or a response with a promise to follow up and address the problems that was not fulfilled. Eventually, we made the decision to leave early. To their credit, the property did refund us for the remainder of our stay.
