Just 7 miles from Keystone Ski Resort and 15 miles from Breckenridge, it’s the perfect base for both summer and winter adventures. As is common for homes in the mountains, AC is rarely needed due to the mild summer climate. We recommend opening the windows in the evenings to enjoy the fresh mountain air and natural cooling. • Canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks are not stored on the property to avoid liability concerns, but guests are welcome to bring their own. As a thank you, we provide a gift card with each reservation for two free paddle or kayak rentals through Stand Up Paddle Colorado—just a short walk from the home. This property includes an attached casita/guesthouse designated for the caretaker and co-host. It will remain unoccupied during guest stays, and access is only through the front door, ensuring complete guest privacy throughout the main house. Much of the décor was handmade or created by the owners themselves, who are local artists. The back patio is great for hanging out on and watching everything going on.
