Located on Lake Dillon. Sleeps 6\. Living area has floor to ceiling windows, flatscreen and wood fireplace. Free Wifi and Roku. Fully equipped kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, ice maker and plenty of space for cooking. Dining table for 6\. Spacious entry with boot bench, hall closet and gear racks. Large covered deck has table for 4\. This south-facing deck can be used year-round. Full-size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Must climb 1 set of stairs to the unit. Bedding Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~ Queen, private bath in master. \~ Double/Twin bunk with Twin Trundle \~ Queen Sofabed in living room with shared hall bath Parking 2 Parking Permits are provided in the unit.
