Historic Beach Cottage with Ocean View Deck - Steps to Beach

  • Located in the idyllic village of Dillon Beach, enjoy the stunning ocean views and the peaceful sound of waves in this charming cottage. Take pleasure watching whales and surfers from the front deck during the day or stargaze at night. Have your toes in the sand in just 3 minutes. This lovely retreat can bring a remarkable sense of peace and contentment.

    The all wood interior makes use of its original 100 year old-growth redwood and fir. Relax in this light filled house by sitting in the window seat amongst the book lined shelves to read or just stare out the window. The side BBQ deck has a dining table and views of Tomales Bay.

    This delightful coastal cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out queen sleeper in the living room. There are 1 and ½ bathrooms. The queen bed is outfitted in soft organically grown bedding from the local company Coyuchi. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

    We have parking for 2 cars, WiFi, and the kitchen is fully stocked by someone who cooks! We welcome well-behaved dogs with an additional fee.

It was so well stocked and comfortable that I felt like I was staying in my own home.The property was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a great deal of care goes into making guests feel welcome. This was an absolute perfect getaway and is exactly as described… great view of the ocean from inside as well as the deck, lovely appointments, and amazing host! We brought our dog who was incredibly happy to be able to take long runs on the beach and we enjoyed two wonderful days up at Dillon Beach! Would definitely come again and thank the host immensely for her hospitality and sharing her beautiful home with us!! if I could give it more than five stars, I would! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful time at this perfectly charming and comfortable Dillon Beach cottage. It is a beautifully renovated, very tastefully decorated home. It is a very short walk to the beach. This is our second stay at this property. We will be back for many more stays. My husband, our two dogs and myself find that it checks the boxes as to location, accommodations and views! It is as depicted in photos. Truly a beautiful cottage.

Another great stay at Judy's charming cottage! It's so relaxing to be here, so many great spaces to sit and read/knit/play games/nap. Great kitchen for cooking. Great patio for sunning. And literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, cannot ask for more.
