Charming Bavarian-style chalet with stunning views located in the beautiful golf course community of Sky Valley, GA. This lovely home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and a large rock fireplace. Glass garden doors provide access to the back decks, where you can take in the breathtaking views, enjoy the cool mountain breezes, and listen to the soothing sounds of a nearby waterfall. On the main floor, you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one with a generous walk-in shower. The country kitchen has a large dining area surrounded by ample windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. The lower level includes 2 additional bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large garden tub, a bidet, a laundry room, a family room with built-in shelves, and a deck with a view. You can hear the roar of the waterfall and easily walk to it from the property. This home is perfectly set up for vacation rentals, featuring separate exterior entrances on both levels. It offers plenty of closet and storage space, with easy access from paved streets and a paved driveway that provides ample parking. The location is just a few minutes away from wineries, waterfalls, hiking trails, and ziplining in Scaly Mountain, NC, and only 20 minutes from Highlands, NC.
