« We loved the Black Hawk Hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent as, allowing us to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars. We will be back! »

« Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. The cereal was soggy and some of the sausage was extremely overcooked. »

« We found ants everywhere, including in the beds. The price of the hotel was alot more expensive than most places. We had a room with 3 beds and that was nice. »

« Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. « De l'eau entrait par le plafond de la chambre et un employé a eu du mal à nous reloger; cependant, un autre a pu le faire. Il y avait un gros trou dans la literie. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y avait une senteur de fumée de cigarette et d'humilité dans la chambre. Un des deux employés n'était pas accueillant. »

« The staff at the hotel where exceptionally great we had troubles on our trip up there and it was like 4 am when we finally got checked in was a wonderful experience checking in and the next morning when we checked out he called me by my first name and thanked us for staying with them if i am ever back in that area i will definitely stay jere again »

« Upon check in, we were told right away that one set of elevators weren’t working and the pool was closed. Once we got to our suite, we did not have the extra bedding for the sofa bed. Called down and told them, they said they’d bring it up. Called about 10 min later to also ask for more towels, was told it would be awhile. They never brought it up. When we went down to the desk, there were several others asking for towels and the one we got was the only one we’d get as the woman working said “...
