Rentals are typically weekly during June, July and August (Saturday to Saturday) except for Memorial Day weekend (3 days or more). Flexible rental days in May, September and October. This house is perfect for family gatherings or reunions! Bring the extended family! Guests always comment about the size and comfort of the home. Everyone has loved staying in the home and many have returned for multiple years! The house was a home away from home. Loaded with everything you would need for a week at the beach. We were met with a welcome bag of goodies of TP, tissues, tea towel and an informational guide to the home and town. There was enough room in the house for you to be in different groups to play games, eat, or just talk. The beach chairs were much appreciated along with the umbrellas for the beach.There was an abundance of kitchen accessories, utensils, etc. that we wanted for nothing when making our meals. We were a three generational family consisting of members 2 1/2 to 73 years old. We all had fun and had a place in that home that felt comfortable. It's a great location near the beach, but a little quieter since it's a bit off the highway. The rooms were all clean and comfortable, and it was fun winding down our evenings around the pool table. The kitchen was stocked and the furniture and decorations gave it a really welcoming vibe. The host was helpful and responded to texts quickly. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Much of it has been updated, including bathrooms. Basement with pool table, foos ball, shuffle board, bar. Enough rooms and beds for everyone. House is well maintained. Mattresses/beds were very good. Kitchen had lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Enough for 20 people. Great location. 10 minute walk to beach, food, ice cream etc. The owner/agent were great in communicating. I've rented a lot of homes over the years. It may not have the traditional "beach house" look from the outside, but it was well appointed and spacious. Our 21-year-old son took the basement and enjoyed having his own space, the pool table, and the big screen tv. The sun porch was my preferred spot to read and relax, while my husband and daughter claimed the living room and that tv. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and high-end appliances (the fanciest toaster we've ever seen!). The beach is a 10-12 minute walk, but the host generously provides a cart and beach chairs for guests to use. The property is also walking distance to both kayaking and jet ski outfits, as well as several restaurants. We took our bikes and were pleased at how bike-friendly the neighborhood, and indeed all of Dewey and Rehoboth, were. The host was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries and clearly wants guests to enjoy their stay. If we return to Dewey next year, we will book this house. ##### Lisa G. We were pleasantly surprised the property was in a great location within walking distance to the beach to Dewey beach town and also a short walk to Rehobeth beach. The house was impeccably clean and it had everything that she could need on a vacation including surprisingly an electric griddle for pancakes. My husband and I had 10 family members staying with us and we all slept comfortably. The property is close to great restaurants, shops and the beach. The home provided plenty of space for games in the evening. We were able to play games and not disturb each other. The kids & grown ups loved the pool table and game room. Suzanne, the owner, was super responsive to all my questions, starting from the booking process (we had a bit of a hang-up with the website), through to the check out process. She responded in under 5 minutes to any question we had while there, would check in to make sure things were going as expected and couldn't have been nicer. The home was very clean and exactly as advertised on the website. The location was great; it was a very short walk to the beach and dinner, which made our trip much easier since we could leave the car at home. This house was also dog friendly, so getting to bring our 3 dogs on vacation made the trip that much better. They pretty much settled in immediately (they "claimed" the couch in the sun room, I never actually got to sit on it....). The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly; we had no issues and would absolutely rent this home again. Thanks Suzanne! ##### Matt G.
