Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing food and service. It’s a shame the busy check in isn’t a great experience, mostly due to the lack of parking to be able to even request valet parking. Otherwise, a great hotel and stay!

Fantastic location being very central with a terrific view of the mouth of the river and the ships coming and going. Rooms are very spacious and modern along with the outside grounds which are interesting and very well cared for. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. The only issue I could see was over night parking. There are options but there seems to be a capacity problem when the hotel is full.

Overall stay was good. The facility and room was perfect. Disappointed that only 2 towels were provided to our room when we had 3 people (myself, my husband and our daughter) in a room with 2 queen size beds and had booked for 3 people. Also disappointed that we ordered room service at 8.40pm, and by 10pm it still had not arrived. Called every number available but nobody answered. Ended up cancelling and going over the road to McDonalds which we weren't happy about at 10pm at night with a child needing to sleep to play an 8am game of basketball the next morning. Someone from reception called our room and said they were extremely busy after the boat had docked. I found this a poor excuse and a simple apology would have been better. The items were not removed from our room charge so we were then asked for payment the next morning at checkout, which I indicated we did not have the food ordered. Everything was good, but this experience did dampen the whole thing a little.

If your room face the shops, the noise from the nigh club was so loud you cannot sleep at all during the weekend. Need to complaint to the Manager to change room in the middle of the night. The manager was really helpful.
