I did book a handicap room (by mistake on my end), and it smelled like my grandmother's nursing home in the room. When you walked into the hotel lobby it reeked of marijuana smoke. The wifi was not private, so I was unable to access the wifi due to the security settings on my computer. The bathroom was in rough shape in my room and needs to be updated/remodeled. I got what I paid for, a cheap hotel.

Wasn’t dirty but it was not clean either, there were hair strands in the tub along with missing pieces of the tub and walls. We paid for the jacuzzi suite but it seems the jets never work so it was like just taking a bath in a big tub. The breakfast was very limited, website says breakfast is 6am-9am but staff didn’t put it out until 8am. Overall it was a miss for my stay but I hope they get better in the future.

System had me in the wrong room then what I booked. The room still had valentines day confetti on the floor. Jacuzzi tub in room was broken and not taped up very well. It was also coming off the wall. Floor was broken not just in room but in the hallway.

Toilets didnt work rooms were dirty gentleman at front desk was rude didnt want to look for plunger told him i needed a different room as toilet didnt work was rude but finally agreed previous guest in room 102 smoked and was smoking pot property didnt air the room out second room bed looked like someone laid on bed no wash clothes ceiling peeling

I’d stay again!
Got the jacuzzi super suite for me and my girlfriend for new years. We’ve stayed in much more expensive rooms so I really wasn’t expecting a whole lot! It exceeded my expectations though! Not anything special but it was a large updated room. It was comfortable! Large living room area. 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, the jacuzzi tub worked great although it took some time to fill up. I did find an entire fake fingernail on the floor which tells me it’s not the cleanest place around lol! But for 170$ it was pretty nice! If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel go spend the 900-1200$ at the Royal park. If you want an affordable night away close to home n you aren’t crazy picky, this will do just fine!

Great stay
Very friendly staff and the room was very cozy and comfortable. I needed a 1 night stop to do my laundry and rest for a couple of hours. I’m glad I chose here. Bed was comfortable you can tell they recently updated the place and it looks great.

All the air conditioners around the place are extremely dirty and do not provide change to the temperatures of the room. The jacuzzi was dirty and had scum bubbles. The jacuzzi also did not work well as its faulty faucets took a couple hours to fill with it hot water. With booked the room “deluxe” suite specifically for the jacuzzi, so it greatly took away from the stay. However… The staff were very sweet. The manager however did not take much accountability and wouldn’t give any sort of refund on the room just because we booked on Expedia. He offered a coupon though. It is their choice to advertise on Expedia so why penalize us for it? Again however, staff were sweethearts. Would not recommend this place, just take the dive and buy better.

Was not impressed the shower tub was horrible. We spent three nights. They never came to check or clean some of the parts on the door wet broken. Just not impressed at all.

The room was okay but the window latch was broken and a stick was placed there for security but it was too short to keep anyone out. And the heater unit was hanging off the wall cracked. The smell was not pleasant. They moved us upstairs which was better but the door had been clearly booted in and we did not feel too safe. Overall the property is worn out and looks like it’s seen better days. Stained tubs, peeling plaster but newer sinks and flooring in the rooms.

Front desk staff was nice. The hallway was filthy and very noisy with other guests loud and arguing in hallway. This happened through the night. The room was pretty worn and the floor was dirty and broken up in places. I was afraid to use the in room hot tub as it was not clean and filthy around the drain. The bathroom was ok as far as the sink and toilet but I did not use the peeling and unclean shower.
