Five Star

Posted 1-May-2016
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Fox Town is two minutes away. The fox theatre is a must to see a concert in. Comerica Park, Ford Field, Greek town, all within three to four minutes.
From our arrival to departure, this hotel, casino, and restaurants were the best. The staff is unbelievable. Friendly, courteous, willing to help: from parking staff, front desk, doormen, casino and restaurant, these folks were top notch. My wife and I will be back soon.

I just live the layout of the room and the evening ambiance created in the room after dark.

The room was comfortable. The restaurants within the hotel (Tap Room) was a little pricey for the quality. Fun to play the slots. Valet service was excellent the service from the staff was excellent.

Even the best hotels still lack in Detroit

Posted 4-Jan-2016 on Hotels
Room had an inch or two of dust built up in the corners of the room. There was nothing in the mini fridge nor was there enough toiletries or towels. There was no robes or slippers either. Normally I would laugh at reviews like mine saying "oh this mug person is too picky!" But I paid 1200 for two nights in the lowest class rooms, which were the only ones available for New Years 2015. 2nd time staying here and both times we never left with a refreshed feeling, even with the spa packages. I would only stay here again with a huge discount!!
