I was attending a conference and this was a perfect distance away. Very easy walk. Room was clean, parking was OK. Only issue is when I went to eat the dining room was closed (around 2:30PM) Breakfast was very good.

Liked the property. Felt safe. Food & drinks were great in the restaurant. Staff exceptionally friendly. If we were warned about this, I didn’t see it: The hotel key got turned off a bit before 11:00 am (about 10:50?) so had to wait in the checkout line to get a temp key to get in & get our luggage in order to actually check out.
Would be nice to have a coffee bar in the morning included. Very close to the People Mover, which is a positive.

Love it! The staff are absolutely amazing in everyway. Service is always professional, accommodating and quick. Staff goes above and beyond. Hotel is clean, food is great and so is the location.

This is my second stay at a Hotel Indigo. We stayed there in KC for the 2023 NFL Draft. Both hotels were really cool and well decorated. They were clean and roomy. The staff is friendly. The restaurant staff was a bit overwhelmed and outnumbered on Thursday. But they brought in reinforcements and handled the crowds better on Friday and Saturday nights.

Did not like that hotel charge my card for stay when i already paid though expedia 329...toilet was very low to floor only 1 shower door open...hair was left in bed no hand soap in dispenser...the view from my window was of th air conditioning system...only ice machine was on 14th floor my room was on 5th floor

Our room had a broken toilet that was not screwed to the ground correctly so every time you sat on it, it would move/shake and vice versa. we did not have a iron and when we called for one, they brought us one that doesn’t work.
It wasn’t worth it but whatever we stayed for one night.

Staff was great upon arrival. Watched our car and didn't charge us for parking while we went upstairs for almost an hour. Everything was clean and the space was great. Will be staying here again!
