There were a lot of lights and sirens outside our room. It would be nice if there were shorter curtains that can still allow closure over the register. Maybe website could reflect how small the pool is?
Our first interaction with staff was fantastic. We hadn’t checked in yet, but we’re making sure it was okay to park in the lot behind and then check in when we were done eating. Our next couple interactions were not as pleasant, staff seemed overwhelmed and honestly annoyed at having to answer questions regarding key and lights, from what we observed many people staying had the same questions. We feel had better instructions been given at check in many would not have these questions. For us it was simply we have not yet experienced a newer hotel that required the key to turn on the lights. Our check out was great, breakfast was wonderful and our one interaction with the house keeping staff was very pleasant.
