Wonderful spot if taking test at the Pearson Test Center (2-min driving). Staff are super nice and the room was quiet and clean. Recommended!!

I wasn’t able to sleep because loud noise every time asked staff to changing my room to the back far from the street the ladies working behind the desk you have to wait tell morning in the morning the guy tell we can not do it tell night so the play with me and room never change and terrible customer service shower, no pressure no shampoo nobody watch no towels service very poor and end the charge me five dollar for parking at night. I don’t advise anyone to go there

We would definitely stay here again. Wanted to see Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Was about a 20 min. walk. Also, in walking distance of Fairlane House. Great pizza place near by called Buddy's which has the best Detroit style pizza. Ate there twice. Potato pit across the street was good too. There is a really cool record store near the Goodwill that you should definitely check out.

My family and I were in town for a soccer game and to visit the Henry Ford, and this was the perfect location. Clean and nice rooms, indoor pool, amazing breakfast buffet, and the surrounding area had a ton of restaurants. We will be back the next time we’re in town.

Room was clean, breakfast good and desk staff friendly. Bed was hard as a rock and overall the hotel was fairly loud, both from street traffic and other guests in the hall. You have to pay for parking even though this is not an urban hotel. Every guest drives there.

The front desk associates were very nice. Alexis and alondou. My first room wasn’t very clean and they were quick to fix that with giving me another room. What I wasn’t happy about was the fact that house keeping couldn’t seem to find my COACH earrings and a very large lunch box that I forgot in the room in which I called about before anyone could check in so I still don’t understand that. So make sure you don’t leave any valuables.

When arriving at the hotel and checking in the staff was not friendly and did not explain that if we wanted our room cleaned we had to request that. The first room that was given had stained furniture and what look like sand on the couch. I reported to the front desk and was assigned another room. The price you pay for your stay does not equal. Oftentimes no one was at the front desk and when someone was there they were not friendly.

There were a lot of lights and sirens outside our room. It would be nice if there were shorter curtains that can still allow closure over the register. Maybe website could reflect how small the pool is? Our first interaction with staff was fantastic. We hadn’t checked in yet, but we’re making sure it was okay to park in the lot behind and then check in when we were done eating. Our next couple interactions were not as pleasant, staff seemed overwhelmed and honestly annoyed at having to answer questions regarding key and lights, from what we observed many people staying had the same questions. We feel had better instructions been given at check in many would not have these questions. For us it was simply we have not yet experienced a newer hotel that required the key to turn on the lights. Our check out was great, breakfast was wonderful and our one interaction with the house keeping staff was very pleasant.

Our room was on the Michigan Ave. side of hotel and it was a little noisy. You also have to pay for parking, so pay attention to “Parking Available “ in room description.

Checked in at 5:30 pm and advised our room was not yet ready even though checkin was 3:00 pm. Eventually was checked in with very little communication from the front desk employee. Arrived at room that was written on our key card portfolio and the room would not unlock. Called the front desk and was rudely advised our room was on the floor below not the room number provided. There was no apology made for the mis communication and was treated like it was our fault for inconveniencing her with having to direct us to the correct room. Pool was very cold and we could not swim in it comfortably which was the whole reason for our weekend getaway there and choosing the specific hotel.

Hotel pulled a fast one
The conditions of the hotel itself and breakfast was very good. However, I did appreciated being added to their Hilton Honors program without my permission. The desk clerk asked for my phone and email at check in, and within an hour I get "Welcome to Hilton Honors" email. Very unwelcome. Also, I did not understand why they charged us for the parking. The property was clean and offered a decent breakfast that was covered in the cost. There were many options for dining that were in walking distance. We will consider staying here again when we are visiting Dearborn Heights next summer.

Excellent 10/10 – Joseph rocks!
I had a fantastic stay. The individuals, especially Joseph at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. That goes for the entire desk staff. They made me feel like I was at home. I think each one of them deserve a nice pay raise, very happy with the trip.
