The room and hotel were completely acceptable for the price. The breakfast bar lacked fresh fruit and the scrambled “eggs” need improvement. The employees were helpful and friendly.

The hotel overall was good ..i worked at 2 hotels before..I noticed the breakfast was not the best . One day there was just bread to eat at 8 am. THE next day there was packaged muffins . We had to go out for breakfast each day ..If the owner wants excellence he needs to work on that ..zthe hotel was nearby the beaches we visited all weekend .

Comfort Suites needs to update this hotel. It seemed old and not clean. The pool was too cold for swimming. The laundry room was dirty. Our room was fine, but the tub/shower looked old and unappealing. We didn't use it. The staff was nice.

Great location. Accessible. Centrally located. Room was big. TV Small. WiFi in & out. Under renovations; Carpeted fire exit? Fire Exit blocked open on ground floor. Broken outlet at breakfast? Overall good value and I will be back.

Parking was well lit. There were two individuals just sitting on the edges of the lot but they didn’t pay attention to us. I felt safe. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Room was clean.

Pool was closed. Looked to have been closed for quite some time. Bed was ok. Room was cleaner than the rest of the hotel. Milk was sour at breakfast with no other drink option but coffee. The hallway smelled of marijuana but our room did not. Will not stay here again.

Good price for average comfortable room

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Trash was left on nightstand upon check in and lots of reminisce in bathtub. Lots of construction going on.

The room was nice and large. We did have to switch from our original room due to the AC not working but they made sure to give us the same room type and we ended up with a better view.

The room and property were clean. The men's public restroom wasn't working, the swimming pool was out of order, there is no hot tub, the breakfast needed more options. The handicap room toilet was extremely low. The staff seemed to spend more time outside smoking than inside working. There was no housekeeping service and no additional towels brought to the room. There was no notepad and pen left in the room for writing quick things and we were there for business so it would have been needed. The one positive thing is that it was close to our business meetings

1500 characters is not enough to explain how awful this place is. Look up my review on Google. I have never seen so many 1 stars and it deserves them all, all of the 'anonymous' 5 stars are obviously ownership, which attention ownership, is against Google TOS.. First of all, you walk in and the area behind the counter is all scratched up on the walls, the lighting is falling out of the front desk. Meh not a big deal. The one good thing I will say was the night staff kid was friendly. Get our room key and we go into the elevator and it looks like it was in a war. We are now stressing. Turn the corner to our rooms hall and 3 rooms across from our room are secured with plastic wrap on the doors, we all know what the reason for that is. Now we are stressing. We do not want to deal with bedbugs. We open our door and the place is just in absolute disrepair, it is absolutely filthy, smells musty, the ac doesn't turn on. Bed is a literal rock. By this point its 1am so we just try to sleep, that doesn't work because the blinds dont close fully and ALL OF THE LIGHTS IN THE ROOM ARE ON A MOTION SENSOR...you turn in bed or someone gets up for the bathroom and the whole room gets flashbanged. This cant be turned off. This hotel needs to be condemned. It ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT BE LISTED ON ANY WEBSITES.

The property is extremely run down and dirty. I was there for 4 nights and I noticed the elevator was never swept or anything. It’s quite a dirty place. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, however.
