"Hotel is located close to the nature and mountains which gives you peaceful location. Food was mostly good, breakfast is really tasty and there is a lot of choice. Staff always smiling and helpful. Hotel itself is worn out and outdated with lack of proper AC throughout. There was portable AC unit in our room which if running was really noisy and was working only sometimes so not good during recent heatwaves. We didn't use SPA so I don't know how good or bad it is. Could be better for this price....

"The hotel has a parking place, but it is very narrow. And it is not free. They will let you know about that only after you drive in from the gate and take a receipt that you need to show in the reception. English of the receptionist was well enough. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Bed was horrible, because it was way too soft. Someone might like it though. Wi-Fi worked fine. I have been to several ibis Styles hotels in Poland and so far this was the worst."

"Great hotel with perfect restaurant but.... 1. house keeping trolley was next to my doors for two days - really there is no space than upper floor just in front of room? 2. restaurant service - I was alone in restaurant and your waiter haven't seen my presence - talking loud about situations in restaurant with his colleague. 3. Next day had to move from restaurant to bar due to group dinner - I was only one more table occupied with me - heard discussion of waitresses behind the bar - after 10...

"I had a great time running in the mountains and also touring the surrounding area. The dinners were quite excellent and the breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options. I was there alone but would definitely bring my family back."

"Pool and spa area was great. Our room was a little small for a family of five. We reserved a double room but ended up with two twin beds and three temporary pull out beds. "I really enjoyed my stay here. From the airport shuttle, to the friendliness of staff and guests, the place was convenient to the Auschwitz Birkenau Museum and the town itself has greenways and parks which I enjoyed immensely. I would stay here again."
