« I specifically booked a king suite and paid extra for it but was given a double queen suite. There was stains on the couch and ottoman that were not fresh. There was a tile missing in the bathroom. Outside of that, everything was fine. »

« We specifically chose this location because of the pool so our kids could swim. After checking in, we discovered the pool was completely closed and had been drained. There was nothing on the website warning about it. For the price we paid for one night, missing one of the big amenities was a disappointment. I noted all of this to the person at the checkout desk, and she said she would talk to her manager, but we were never contacted about it. »
