"I enquired about an upgrade to include free valet parking and was told it was not included. Later, after my 1 night stay I received an email from Expedia, stating I was entitled to free valet parking. This was disappointing "

"Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in...

However after a quick phone call to the Hotel it was fixed promptly Breakfast was delicious and coffee amazing We went to Riverside Theatre to see Melissa Etheridge. What A fantastic performance and easy to get back to the Hotel A highly recommended Hotel"

Check in and check out staff member seemed quite disinterested and didn’t seek any feedback. Other than that it was a nice stay. "
