"We had a most wonderful time at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel! It is a beautiful hotel, staffed with great people. Everyone we worked with while there, was exceptional. Upon checking in & out, we received professional & courteous assistance. The restaurant in the hotel was also exceptional. The people, the clean rooms, beautiful landscaping all around the property, the amazing sunsets, very nice restaurant with delicious food & exceptional service across the board, all made our stay comfortable, joyful & memorable. Two people who come to mind that truly stood out, are Andrea our check in Agent, very professional & welcoming and Sheila, who stopped by our room in the evenings to see if there was anything we needed. She is delightfully funny & kind. It’s a gem of a place, all around. One of our most favorite trips!! We will definitely be back ❤️ "
