The motel representative on the telephone told me that they had sent my instructions to access the room "10 hours earlier", however, I never did receive that information. « Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « The bed was like getting into a warm cloud . A king sized bed with a foot on each side. The kitchen was well stocked with knife, forkes and spoons plus a coffee maker. The TV was 3’x5’ and ROKU. Plenty of room for 4 people. Plus the king bed there was a bunk bed for 3. »

« This cabin was very clean. There was a bed for everyone in the family. We were surprised that there was a bed in the kitchen and that the cabin was so small. The bunkbeds and the futons are in an enclosed sunroom. We made everything work and the hosts were good at communication with us. The price was right and the location was also close to everything that we wanted to be near. The kitchen was well stocked. All in all we are glad that we stayed here. »
