"This property has been open for a year, but I was only the second foreign guest to date. The location probably explains why, as it is deep inside a slum neighborhood with only dirt roads and lots of mud puddles. However, the saving grace is the hotel's management, who went above and beyond in providing excellent service. On the night we checked-in, torrential rain made it impossible to go out and get dinner. Staff members drove us in their 4x4 to a restaurant, patiently waited for us, and drove...

"We enjoyed the room, it’s spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel pool was large and nice to swim in. The included breakfast had hot items and many other items. The only complaint is the receptionist did not give me the balcony room I prepaid. Said the hotel was full but I sure didn’t see that many people there…so the hotel itself was great but I didn’t feel like I was treated fairly. "

"The bed was nice and place spacious but for the rest of the equipment whether shower, kettle, hair dryer, they worked very badly. Restaurant very poor, we waited more than 1hr with my 2 years old daughter for our dinner which was terrible and even got sick.They told me that they were understaffed. The place is very calm though. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly but that's not enough to make up for this bad experience. I would not recommend it."

"The hotel staff were great. Kind and friendly and most spoke English, so that was very helpful for me. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower doors were grinding on the floor when opening and closing, so it made a loud screetch everytime. My view from the room was spectacular. There are some bars and restaurants close by. I felt safe the whole time walking alone at night, but it is through some dark and dirty streets with the homeless around. But this might not be a good option for women traveling alone and wanting to walk everywhere. However, i felt really safe."
