« All good, happy to stay again. »

« It is such a beautiful building and the interior is tastefully laid out. Our room was spotless and looking over the lawn with a spotless en suite. The staff, without exception, were all helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Sadly because of temporary medical problems we were unable to use the pool😢 »

« Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers. »

« Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind! »

« Tres bon hotel. Chambre propre et assez spacieuse »

« Terrible »

« We had a comfortable overnight stay (very comfortable bed!). Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. The food was good and the fish and chips are obviously a popular choice, and looked delicious. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. »

« Service accueil décor très agreables »

« Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and very clean. Good value for money. Beds and rooms were small and breakfast service slow (but we were warned of this beforehand!). We had city view rooms and they were nicer than we expected, as there was a field and partial sea view anyway. There is no air con but good quality fans were provided as standard, as well as a single duvet upon request. A pleasant stay, would recommend it for couples more than friends/family sharing (due to bed...

« Séjour agréable / pleasant stay Personnel agréable et discret / Friendly staff but non-intrusive Proche de la gare, il y a donc un peu de bruit, à déconseiller à ceux qui ont le sommeil léger / Close to the train station and there is some noise, so if you're a light sleeper, it may not be for you.

« There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate. »
