« When we checked in, we found a dead cockroach and ants in the kitchen. Because of this, we had to go to the supermarket to buy insect spray. However, the most disturbing part was that while sleeping, one cockroach even crawled on my daughter which greatly frightened her and sleepless all night long. Upon further inspection, we found leftover chocolate under the bed, seemingly left by a previous guest. »
