« We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated basement level apartment! The space was very clean and we loved the creative decor and thoughtful touches. Our host was very communicative, warm, and kind. He was also very quick to respond to messages and made sure our stay was comfortable. There were some chickens on the property and my 3yo loved going out to see them and she also had a great time using the trampoline. We only had a very short stay, but it was one of the most memorable trips...

« We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. I also enjoyed the view of the lake from our front porch. If I could suggeat one little change, maybe open the gym a little earlier than 9am, but that's all. »

« The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house. »

Also if you are a fossil hunter there are some great sites within driving distance. This is the first rental property my friends and I have visited twice. »

Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. »
