"My husband and I were celebrating 30 years of marriage. Loved the resort and the cleanliness of the property. However, some areas that could be improved: the maintenance of the air conditioners and fans- if we tried to adjust the temperature the unit would just stop cooling. The ceiling fans were very loud, and eventually the one in our bedroom stopped working and had a part that fell (luckily no one was standing under it when this happened). Seems like the unit we stayed in had a remodel, but piecemeal (e.g. the kitchen had newer counters, but cabinets were old and unable to fully open due to door placement). We had stackable washer and dryer, which were a pleasant surprise (we did make a call for the dryer to be properly vented, as it was sitting on the side of the dryer, but it was taken care of quickly). Most staff were pleasant, however one staff member in Ganzee-The Island Shop seemed to be having a bad day. However, when I went back on a different day her attitude was still the same.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting Barbados again!"
