« Great space for our family. Interior has been completely remodeled (new carpet, flooring, tile bathrooms, etc). Very spacious with nice furniture. The hosts were amazing. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Outstanding communication. We will be back. Thanks Jeff for a great stay. »

« This place is a wreck. It's an extremely old building, poorly renovated for the purpose of short-term rental. The floors are uneven throughout, the bathroom smells like urine, the washer and dryer didn't work, the ceiling lights were bare light bulbs with no fixtures, the bedspread was stained, the plumbing leaked at the hot water heater, one baseboard heater didn't work at all, others didn't have control knobs, one control was hanging from a bare wire, one of the splitter units didn't work and...

« Booked this for six nights but only stayed for one night due to finding bugs in every room. Spiders in the corners of both bedrooms, in the bathroom, and inside the foldout sofa bed. Ants in one of the beds, and an active ant trap by the front door. When we found a roach in the kitchen we decided to leave. We asked the property manager for a partial refund but were denied.Would not recommend. »

« The home was great! Great layout, plenty of room for 8 and easily accessible to anything you are interested in doing in Sioux Falls. Clean, well equipped (just missing a pizza cutter), and using the online guide was an amazing experience. »
