"Good hotel in the middle of Setif. Nice people and good breakfast. "

"It was a good place, spacious and clean room and especially the staff team, very friendly and welcoming but not a good facilities in the room and no table and the poorest breakfast, I ever had in Algeria."

"Hilfe reich Personal , Nette Leute an alle Hotel Bereiche."

"I do not recommend booking here. I made a reservation for three people, but upon arrival, I was told there was no such booking and no rooms available. At the reception, they refused to cancel the booking, provide written confirmation, or issue a refund; instead, they insisted I handle it through the booking platform. I contacted the platform, but ultimately, my refund request was denied. Payment had been made in advance. It’s a disgrace. We were scammed by Ferdi. Avoid this place like the...

"Rooms were OK, but at this temperature the Air condition was not at all good. Complained to staff 4-5 times, but they could not settle it. Same complaint I saw with many guests staying there. Staff saw me sweating in room, but they could not help."

"Terrible place, toilets didn't work and the door to my room wouldn't lock then wouldn't open. I talked to others who also had problems. Brothel upstairs and on top of that I got charged when I arrived even though it was a prepaid room!? This hotel should not be listed on the internet "

"I rented this apartment while visiting Algeria from June 11–26, but we arrived June 12 and could barely stay one night. The address was wrong, the photo was misleading, and it took hours to find the place. Once inside, I was shocked — one bedroom had no door, the bathroom smelled bad, and the “jacuzzi” was a joke! vinyl flooring (inside the “jacuzzi”). There were no basic essentials — no cups, plates, or utensils — and we had to call the host at 10:30 PM just to get cups. The worst part: after...
