"Als wir nach Cilaos kamen, haben wir eine Stunde lang das Hotel gesucht. Hatte eine neue Adresse, über die wir nicht informiert wurden. Auch im Internet nicht zu finden Die Tel.nr auf der Reservationsbestätigung war ausser Betrieb. An der alten Adresse war auch kein Hinweis. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel hat sich die Wirtin auch nicht dafür entschuldigt. Sie hat uns schnell das Zimmer gezeigt, welches nur über den Garten via Balkontür zu betreten ist und nicht abschliessbar ist. sie sagte noch...

"We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper gates for us when asked so we could park our car closer to our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and Celine always greeted us with a smile & great conversation! I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling in the area!"

"Excellent breakfast, lots of drink choices and smoothies. Pool was great, didn’t have any challenges getting a sunbed. The rooms were super clean, we didn’t see a single bug (which we were expecting). Had a gecko in the room who lived behind our tv who may have managed the bug situation. Buffet was good but limited selection if you are, or have, a picky eater."
