« Quiet and comfortable »

« I errored and made the mistake of staying here again. Staff has zero personality, place is dirty, free “hot” breakfast is terrible, constantly people and employees smoking right outside the main entry, rooms were filthy, hot tub still under repair 3 months later…. Seriously, stay away from this place! »

« I just think in general this place is pricey for what it is. I stayed at AmericInn in grand forks the next night and it was so much better, more updated, cleaner, had a pool and hot tub. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold. »

« When we got there everything was a miss carts with dirty clothes carts all down the hall way motel rooms wide open then this morning they're wasn't no breakfast or anything and the pool was shut down it was a dump will never stay in a super 8 again this the 2nd time this happened wasn't worth the money I spend dumpy place »

« No one at front desk to check us in then someone came but didn't know how to work computer, he was the cook. Told us to come back we came back, but us in a room but it was a single bed, we reserved a king. Went to front desk again then they put us in a king room got to room and it was dirty. That guy at from desk was the cook/bartender, told us to come back again. We back with got into a room but still was not a king room. And 3 hours later finally got into a room. »

« Hunter did a great job communicating. We were able to take our dog for long hikes starting right out the front door. It was a nice, quiet country setting. »

« This was our 4th time staying at Prairie Pines. Once again, Kevin and Lori were the best hosts. Their uniquely personal connection to this property shows in every detail. I speak for my entire group, this is our favorite place to gather annually, and we've been to and stayed at dozens of properties over the last 25 years. Saying our stay was perfect is an understatement. Thanks again, Kevin and Lori, for another great 4 days on Devils Lake (and the amazing rhubarb jam!) »
