"We were able to book a room last minute after another location drastically fell below expectations. This hotel was amazing in comparison! The room was clean with a wonderful view, convenient parking, and a great breakfast. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone."

"The location was very close to the ferry, easy walk & check-in excellent. I was given a room with a sea view & had the entire wing to myself. Didn’t have to share a bathroom/shower or coffee room. Was able to use the fridge to keep things cold. The owner - Monica was most helpful & pleasant. I loved the rose garden & all the choices of places to sit & enjoy the view."

"We stayed 3 wonderful days in Marstal, In Juin it was very quiet, not much tourists. We enjoyed the garden and the house was very cosy. Restaurant and beach are nearby; Plus was the availability of bicycles. Thanks for the warm welcome"

"We stayed at Ærø guesthouse for 1 night and we had a great experience. The location is perfect, the room was cosy and it worked out well to share bathrooms with the other guests. I truly recommend this bed and breakfast."

"It was okay overall to stay, The bed was missing some bedsheets. Kitchen dish wash liquid was also not available. The door lock was not working when we reach there, but gladly the person staying there gave us extra keys for the top floor rooms. It was malfunction on time. Otherwise, cleanliness, friendly location, car parking, overall things were good. We do not stressed, or have any problems for all the stay. Recommended for couples, friends, family. "

"The property was very outdated and not clean. Upon booking, we were asked to personally transfer a deposit, which would later be adjusted based on water and electricity usage. During our stay, we contacted customer service for help locating the water meter, as we were unable to find it. This was never properly resolved, which made it impossible to provide accurate readings. "Sehr schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus, sehr zentral gelegen, mitten in der Stadt und ganz nah am Meer. Alles super sauber."

"Als wir angekommen sind, war die Ferienwohnung sehr dreckig. Der Boden war voller Staub und Hundehaare, das Bad war verkalkt, die Küche und vor allem der Herd war schmutzig und vor dem Ofen lag noch Dreck. Wir haben uns bei der Agentur beschwert und innerhalb von 24h kam zwar jemand vorbei, jedoch haben sie nur oberflächlich geputzt. Leider haben wir erst nach der Buchung gesehen, dass die Wohnung eigentlich auf eine andere Seite inseriert ist und die hatte sehr schlechte Bewertung (2.9 Sterne...

"I made a booking through hotels.com. I then received check in instructions from Dancenter, which is a holiday agent in Denmark. As the booking was done through hotels.com I expected the stay to be fully paid, but when arriving at the property it was clear that on top of the hotels.com price I had to pay for electricity, water and heating. This was not explained on hotels.com. Arriving at the property I discovered that there was no bedding, so I had to go to the local supermarket and buy bedding....

"Meget småt og lever ikke op til beskrivelsen - soveværelset klart det bedste ved huset. Badeværelset lugtede efter brug af kloak. Vi vil ikke komme igen dog besøger vi gerne Ærøskøbing. "

"This little home is everything you need. Very spacious, very cosy. The backyard is wonderful, a great space to let kids or a dog play, to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Location is prime - quiet, away from the ferry terminals, but easily accessible via a very short drive. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Short walk from the brewery, which is very nice as well."
