Old English design with fantastic modern facility. It took my taxi driver a while to find the hotel (there are no signs on the road for such a big hotel!). Staff were very friendly and polite (sometimes a bit over the top!). Unfortunately I couldn’t use the spa facility as the builders were completing the work but I am sure it will be up and running in no time. Nous avons donc demandé le remboursement et celle-ci nous promet qu'il s'effectuera dans les jours qui suivent par virement bancaire. Nous sommes le 20 03 2025 et je n'ai toujours pas eu de remboursement alors que mon amie Darya oui. Je relance leur service pour que cela se fasse rapidement mais je doute que cela serve à quelque chose. Un conseil : payer avec du cash vos excursions et demander bien un reçu à votre nom si vous êtes plusieurs."
