"This hotel came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Everyone said the checkin experience to be great. It was indeed. I arrived earlier than the check in time when the room wasn’t ready. Yet, the staff was very welcoming, friendly and spoke English well. The reception area was spacious with free coffee, fruit juice, cookies, and apples. My room was a suite with kitchen well equipped. "Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the railway station or Tramstops on both lines. Very courteous and polite reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Air con / heating controls very effective. Clean and modern rooms."

"Amazing staff, lovely location away from the main tourist area but a few minutes walk to shops and the seafront. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. 2 tram stops at each end of the road take you straight to the airport in under 20 mins."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately my wife now has walking difficulties so uses a wheelchair a lot. My only small complaint would be that to gain access I had to carry the wheelchair up and down two sets of steps. To be fair the staff always helped and said changes were being made soon "
