« Can't fault my stay here. Close to a lot of shopping, food etc. I couldn't find an alphamart or indomarket nearby but a short ride was fine for that. Next time I'm in town I will be staying here again »

WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. »

« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too. « The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel. Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them). Bathroom needs upgrade. The only good thing about this property is the location. »

« No hot water. No toiletries, better to avoid breakfast, even you want to eat nothing will be there. So no more Nusanatara »
