"Unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. Both toilet basins were the size of those in an infant school, far too low and difficult in the extreme to use. I tried to use toilets in cafes etc as I injured my back trying to use those in the property. A couple of cups had coffe grounds in them when we arrived.
