"従業員さんがフレンドリーで、行くところで挨拶してくれて楽しかったです。 部屋はいい匂いでローカルなホテルの内装でした。水圧は普通で水出し始めが錆混じりの水でしたが、すぐに止まりました。 ベアハットの食事は微妙ですが、エンターテイメントが楽しくて参加する価値有りです。 DFSまでの無料シャトルがあるのはありがたく、中心部までは15分かからないで行けます。空港からも近くアクセス良好です。 "

"Staff were not always attentive at the front desk. They are too busy attending to the store operations. They can use more professional and welcoming approach, especially at checking time. Store was great! No balcony. Window view was unpleasant. Check out time was great!"

"완전 노후한(아파트로 치면 3,40년되어 재건축대상)호텔이 아닌 여느모텔만도 못한 객실하며 식당또한 음식물재활용에 직원들 갑질(고자세)에 다시는 재방문하고 싶지않은 곳이다. 싸이판에 대한 추억이 마나가하섬을 제외하고는 더럽고 지지분한 호텔,레스토랑들등에 진절머리가 난다."
