"Highly recommend staying at the manor! Our whole family was able to stay together and my niece used the parlor for her and her bridesmaids to get ready together. The place is beautiful, full of immaculate details and yet has all the modern conveniences of any hotel. "

"I had already let the manager know my concerns. The light around the mirror in the bathroom did not light up all the way. I told the front staff and he didn’t believe me. He kept trying to tell me what to do. I told him that I did that and the light is not coming on brightly. The sink facet in the bathroom did not stay on. I had to prop it up with a towel. "

"When I tried to check in around 8pm there was a note on the door saying the staff was away and would return in awhile. After waiting 20 minutes along with other travelers, the staff member reappeared at the front desk for checkin. Absolutely unacceptable. Doubtful that she went through any hospitality training. "
