"Nous étions dans une chambre PMR il faudrait mettre une raclette a disposition à mon point de vue bien sûr et dans la mesure du possible, car vu que les douches n'evacue pas très bien l'eau, avec mon fauteuil je roulais dans l'eau et après j'allais dans la chambre où je fesait plein de traces, donc a cet allure là le sol ne va pas résister longtemps mais autrement super"

"Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area. "

"Very easy to find and parking was on site. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially the young lady who was on the reception when we arrived. Room was really clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"What a terrific staff in an incredibly historical environment steeped in history. We love this place. Moulins is off the beaten path but an amazing little city with tons to offer. Hotel Mercure, in the heart of the city, is a gem!"

"La climatisation etait bloquée. Extrêmement dommage vu la température exterieure."

"It was good - Nice breakfast"

"Perfect for a night stop during a long drive "

"If you have a chance to stay here, absolutely do it! Inside, it's like a dream . A small, charming chateau, 5 rooms only, with a modern Spa, and a fantastic haute cuisine restaurant. It strikes a great balance between modern, well renovated style and amenities, and preserving it's heritage. Breakfast in the courtyard is small, but good. We will absolutely try to stay again, should the opportunity arise"

"Quick check in Great location Excellent staff Lovely breakfast Nice room."
