This is a unique property. Much appreciated the serene and unhurried atmosphere. Very quiet property, the sound of the waves is the background music and ocean breeze is very nice. Staff were nice and professional. Great please to disconnect and leave your devices in the room.

Great breakfast. Great food altogether. They were a bit odd about when we could access the beach. It was closed from 12 to 3. Which was weird but other than that a great place.

It was nice hotel but it was far from Colombo Airport. There was nothing around the hotel to see or do. We also did not like the entrance to hotel from main road. We almost got stuck on railway tracks and got hit by train due to faulty traffic lights and stupid gate keeper at tracks. Our tea maker never worked despite them trying to fix it once. View from room was great. Hotel was very clean and food choices were great and prices were reasonable. Pool was also good but we never used it. Next...

Great location on a fantastic beach. I booked the cheapest room through Expedia but for some reason management gave us a free upgrade to a spectacular villa. Gotta love that!

Prime location with walkable clean beach. Friendly and always obliging staff. Smooth check in & out. Fantastic Srilanka & western meals with mouthwatering desserts.Special requests catered to. Rooms clean & functional Rapid response to queries. Good pool maintenance with large pool are for kids. As an yearly visitor to srilanka, the best stay yet! Many returning visitors.Me too!!

The staff were wonderful and much more helpful and friendly than the management. The room was wonderful and the food was good. It is further from the beach than other reviewers indicate but they have a very inexpensive tuk tuk service available. The pool is small but fits the bill when it is hot out and you don't want to go to the beach.

Good value for money and close to main road and railway.

Modern rooms, stylish decor, funky showers, quality linens, comfortable king size bed and great views. Great pool, comfortable lounge chairs and beautiful gardens. A beautiful ocean front property with lots of options for sun beds by the pool or in the garden under the shade of the palm trees and views of the ocean. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating.
