« The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. « The place offered nothing beyond standards. Though the place is clean it does not project a pleasant atmosphere. There is only one person at a time attending to guests though at that time we checked in we seem to be the only guests. Food service is not available not even drinking water was provided. The room where we stayed echos passing vehicles which was quite disturbing so that we need to transfer to another room. »

« We know this Hotel since many years and were many times guests there. The rooms are simple, but the shower works good, also Aircon, there is soap, toothbrushes, etc., and clean towels. The food has improved significantly, and there is also something for the European taste. The large pool is great; you can really swim in it. For us, it is a nice meeting point to visit former sponsored children. It is close to the mall and you can also eat in the hotel.. »

« The total service was good. The staff were approachable and always ready to assist us. The only thing that I notice was most of the pools are not available and not that clean as well. We only enjoyed our stay in the room. Cafeteria only have few food options and a bit pricey. But it was a good thing that they are allowing guests to order thru online food delivery. »
