« We haven’t stayed here for a few years and decided to stay here due to unavailability at the other hotels. We will not stay here again. The overall upkeep of the property is not as nice as it used to be and when we got to our room there were stains and crumbs on the comforter. We asked for room service and no one ever came to change the bed. We ended up having to go get the bedding and do it ourselves. The next day we asked that the towels be picked up and changed out.
