The emergency personnel were rude and took their time despite the cold weather conditions in the late hours of the night. There was no compensation for the inconvenience to guests." If you are visiting Japan to see a loved one, be ready to pay extra for them to be able to enter the hotel room as a visitor. If you stay in a room by the fire exit expect a pretty large draft in the winter. You will be forced to leave your room after a day or so of putting up the “do not disturb” sign for them to clean your room. Be sure to keep the heater on when you leave the room otherwise you will feel like stepping into Antarctica when you come back. As in, 'years and years of accumulated dust.' I get that those places aren't often looked at by customers, but how hard is to clean them once every few months? c'mon now. \*The room and the bathroom felt pretty dated, but everything worked, I suppose. \*The bathroom had some mold/mildew along the grout, although a bit of airing out the room helped that a lot. You might try that: Open the window and the door at the same time for 5-10 minutes while you're cleaning it. (...which seemed to be something you haven't done any time lately.) \*The laundry room wasn't just dusty....it was kinda filthy. ugh. Someone clean those carpets, please."
