She and her staff provided excellent service with transportation and helping with our bags from Shangrao station and to and from the scenic area. The breakfast was delicious. « Je souhaitais me reposer dans un grand hôtel, j'étais très déçu car le personnel parlait pas anglais pas un seul mot (au niveau du lobby pour boire un verre) impossible de communiquer. Comparé au Shangri-la Hong Kong, Bangkok et Kuala Lumpur. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur au niveau du service. Le ménage dans les chambres est très approximatif. Les toilettes étaient très sales. Le wifi d'une qualité médiocre, des coupures et des coupures »

« Staff at the gate didn’t help with our luggage when we arrived and it was a little disappointing. However, all the other staff we encountered are generally very friendly and courteous. The hotel has lovely view over TengWang pagoda and lovely views of the city in the evening. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the pagoda. Restaurant is a little over priced. »

« Generally good except two things. When I book a room for three people on Orbitz and it does not allow me to choose breakfast for three, then I have to pay for the extra meal at the hotel. Also there is a 500 CNY security deposit that you have to pay at the check-in desk upon arrival, which makes the experience not so frictionless. »

« Very nice hotel. I believe it is one of the top two hotel in the area. We booked the executive floor and was placed on the 20th floor which is the highest floor. Wonderful view of the city. Breakfast restaurant is tastefully decorated. Food is 8/10 and they tried their best to include Chinese and western. The fresh fruit juice machine was impressive. Overall experience is 9/10\. Good choice for our trip »
