"The staff were so friendly and helpful. A special thankyou to Rose who kindly upgraded my room and made sure i was comfortable and settled in. All the staff made me feel so welcome. "Stayed here for a 3 night business trip and I could not have chosen a better hotel. Spotless throughout, staff very friendly and accommodating, food superb and the garden and pool areas were tremendous. 20 minute walk (down hill) to the center with many taxis if you need a lift back. Would love to come back again on a relaxing break and see more of this lovely island. Many thanks again."

"The hotel is apparently closing soon which is a shame because we loved it. It was a bit quirky and old fashioned but very clean. The staff were superb and very friendly. The bar service and food quality was good. The position was excellent, convenient for the local restaurants and bus station. You can easily reach it by bus from the airport too. We stayed for six nights with friends and we all had a great time."

Grand Jersey Hotel is excellent
"We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel and compared favourably to other venues we tried. We'd certainly stay at this excellent hotel again."
