"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. "Not clean at all. Bed linen had not been changed, found dirt and grass in beds. Only 3 towels for 6 guests. No toaster. Only a very small bar fridge. Only 3 bedrooms not 4\. No queen beds only doubles. Kids scribble on walls. Yards very messy, overgrown and unmowed."

"This was a really great place to stay. So centrally located. Room was excellent with 4+ metre ceilings and beautifully appointed room. Shower over bath needs an update though in this particular room (they apparently aren’t all like that) And staff were excellent. "
