"This is a great place to stay to explore the Cabot trail area. We had a lake view room with a beautiful view. Rooms are clean although a little dated. The carpet could be replaced. The restaurant is good too but was only open for breakfast during our stay. We did not use any other amenities due to time of year."

"The receptionist at check-in was terrible. I said hi three times and she never responded. She didn’t smile or seem friendly at all. While my friend was filling out the check-in paperwork, I said that I wanted to check in as well, and she replied, “I’m doing one right now,” in a very rude tone. Those were the first words she said to me. I do have to say that the property manager was very nice. He made the fire for us, was helpful, and treated us kindly throughout our stay. However, my first impression because of the receptionist was terrible. I honestly don’t remember ever being treated with such disrespect and lack of kindness while receiving service during a vacation. Also, the reservation was not clear that I would receive a bedroom instead of a dome. My expectation was that I had reserved a dome, since that is what was shown on Hotels.com, but when I arrived on site, I was given a bedroom instead. Plus, the hot tub that was advertised was not like the pictures at all. It was not placed with a view as expected, and it was just a small inflatable tub that could barely fit one person at a time."

"We stayed for 1 night in this cozy mountainview 2 bedroom home. The place was very clean and fully stock with basic essentials such as towels, tissue box, toilet paper etc. Don was very efficient in communicating all the necessary information for check in. The place was quite spacious, pleasant and designed practically. Loved the coziness of this home in a very quite nook along Cabot Trail. The direction Don, the host provided was spot on and the place is easy to find. Thank you Don for sharing your beautiful home!"

"Very clean. Great location! Well equipped and comfortable place. Bed was not the most comfortable, but thats the only thing I could say negative. Everything else was fantastic! Host were quick to respond and make stay as comfortable as possible.Would absolutely stay again."
