"My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area."

"Stayed for Coachella Music Festival weekend with a group of 10 people. It was very spacious, clean, and relaxing after a long day at the music festival. The host was very friendly and responsive. Didn’t have any problems during the weekend we stayed there. Only thing was the rooms was very confusing but we figured it out, other than that we would book this place again! Thank you!"

"We loved staying at this property! The neighborhood is wonderful for short walks in the morning and evening. We loved the views of being on a quiet golf course during the day and having the small space on the lawn for our babies to sit when not in the pool. "Great house and a truly wonderful experience. Property owner was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. There was a large wind storm during our stay and the manager had a pool company out the next day to clean the pool of all debris and dirt. We will be coming back!"

"Very good property overall. Nice neighbours in lovely location on PGA West. Music and voice volume rules a bit harsh when we chatted with them (they don't seem overly concerned). Pool pump noise needs to be dealt with (replaced or upgraded) as this was everyone's biggest complaint. Think dishwasher door needs fixing and one pool chair. All else great."
