"When booking in realise I was non Colombian and required a passport (which I do not carry) thus booking at 9pm refused. So eat in Restaurant returned and used wifes ID as that was acceptable ?? Sadly No 4\* +in area compaired to Intercontinenal in Cali very poor value. Althought T bone and Tomahawk Steaks in restaurant where very good value"

"I will start with the good part: staff were friendly, helpful and patient with my limited Spanish skills. The room I received was poorly equipped and seemingly in midst of reconstruction. Although this was a budget decision and I didn't pay much, the price should cannot justify missing toilet seat and broken shower with one temperature: cold. The water was flowing in one stream like from a hose attached to the wall. The walls had numerous wet stains and dark spots that I decided I won't inspect...
